Terms and conditions: 

By participating in the Doorstep Music Lessons Discount Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

•         Eligibility: To be eligible for the promotion, you must be a current family served by Children's Heart Foundation, or an employee or contractor with Children's Heart Foundation or Children's Heart Center Nevada. Eligible individuals include you, your spouse, your children, and your siblings.

•         10% discount: When you register for your 1st month, you will receive a 10% discount for your tuition.

•         No expiration: Your discount does not expire and can be used as long as you are active with Doorstep Music Lessons in accordance with our Terms of Service.

•         Lapse in Subscription: If your subscription lapses, including but not limited to lapses because of cancellation by you or cancellation by Doorstep Music Lessons, you are no longer eligible for the discounted rate.

•         Representation and Warranty: by utilizing the discounted tuition, you represent and warrant that you are a family currently served by Children's Heart Foundation, or an eligible family member, or an employee or contractor with Children's Heart Foundation or Children's Heart Center Nevada.

•         Donation: When you register, Doorstep Music Lessons will make a one-time donation in the name of Doorstep Music Lessons to Children's Heart Foundation. The amount of the donation will be equal to the profits from your 1st full month of tuition.

•         Non-Transferable: This discount is non-transferrable.

•         Termination: Doorstep Music Lessons reserves the right to modify or terminate the discount program at any time without prior notice.

•         Fraudulent Activities: Any fraudulent or suspicious activities related to the referral program will result in disqualification from the program and potential legal action.

•         Changes to Terms: Doorstep Music Lessons reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the discount program at its sole discretion.
