How do I make changes to my subscription?
Our office is happy to help you to make changes to your subscription, including changing your lesson duration, updating your payment method, or requesting cancellation of your subscription.
Your teacher is unable to assist with making changes to your subscription.
You can reach the office at (702) 482-7494, option 2 or by email at support@doorstepmusiclessons.com, on business days, Monday - Friday, 10:00 am - 6:00 pm Pacific Time, except on holidays or other days as noted by the office.
If you are requesting to cancel your subscription, our office must receive your signed Cancellation Request Form no less than 7 calendar days prior to your next tuition statement due date in order to guarantee that you will not be charged for your next tuition statement.
